Junior -

A man of few words with a heart of gold....

Jesus said unto her, "I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.  John 11:25.  We read  this scripture when Jesus was talking to Martha, but it is so hard to lose a loved one because we are human. We do trust the Lord, and we believe.  That is what has got us through each day since Junior passed away one year ago.  Junior and his family endured many years of not knowing what was going to happen next.  After Junior's heart transplant in early 2000 he had good and bad days.  He was so thankful to be able to have more time with his family.  His wife, children and grandchildren were the light of his life.  After his transplant, he survived cancer, kidney failure and numerous other things; but he never gave up. There were so many times when it was in God's hands when the doctors had done everything they could.  He came home so many times he was not supposed to that one of the doctors said he must have nine lives.  Junior was a blessing to so many people, and Junior was blessed because he had a family who was always by his side.

                                               -  I hope we all strive each day -

                                               -  To have God in our hearts -

                                               -  To love and be loved -

                                                - To have something to do -

                                                - To have something to hope for -

Mine and Wayne's sweet  brother

We miss him each and every day, but am so grateful for the wonderful memories he left with us.
